    Shipping and Refund Policy

    Domestic Shipping Policy

    Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
    You'll get an email confirming your order and a separate email with your tracking details once your order has been processed. 

    Free Shipping

    Items that ship for free when available, use ground shipping through the USPS/UPS. 

    Shipping Options

    Nic Hyl Clothing uses a combination of USPS and UPS, based on the best value to you. 
    For USPS we ship flat rate shipping and the shipping times vary, based on your location. 
    For UPS we ship ground, unless a quicker shipping option was selected at checkout. 

    International Shipping Policy 

    We will Ship with UPS in most cases for International shipping. There are times when we will ship with USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate ‚Äď You will receive your order within 6-10 ¬†business days if your order is placed before 10 AM EST Monday through Friday.¬†This ¬†applies to in-stock items only.

    Customs Duties & Other Fees 

    No additional customs fees or international duties are applied on our domestic or International shipments because of our preferred shipping courier. There have been times when the courier has mistakenly sent duty charges to the customer. If this happens pls email us at so we can correct the situation. 

    Return & Exchange Policy

    ‚ÄčWe strive to make the most beautiful, premium swimwear and resort wear you've ever owned. But if for some reason, you need to send your pieces back to us please see the instructions, below:


    How to Return  

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Naturally, we cannot accept returns of previously worn, soiled, laundered or damaged merchandise-for any reason due to hygienic reasons.  Please inspect your order upon receipt prior to wearing. 

    Steps for Returning

     1. At this time, we don't pay for shipment of returns back to us. 
    2. Should you need to return your Nic Hyl unworn item back to us, please start your return process  CLICK HERE 
    3. Once Nic Hyl receives your shipment, processing may take up to 5 business days to complete.  Your funds will appear in your account once the item(s) is processed. The amount of time it takes for your funds to appear on your end, largely depends on your financial institution. 

    Exchanges: Sizing Issues & Receiving Incorrect Items

    We offer covered-size exchanges for an additional $1 charge applied at the time of purchase. If this is not selected and you wish to exchange a product due to a sizing issue we will replace the item up to 60 days after purchase.

    If exchange coverage is not selected the exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to reach out if you have specific sizing questions prior to purchase to avoid any issues.

    Unfortunately at this point, we cannot cover international-size exchanges or returns due to sizing.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items  

    Nic Hyl has rigorous standards in quality and service. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace the item or issue a full credit at our expense.

    Sale Items 

    Sale items are final sale. 


    Wholesale Returns

    For wholesale customers, we do not offer RTV's on any wholesale items, however if we do have on hand inventory in another color or equivalent style, you may swap out. 

    From time to time, we will offer discounts on shipping or cost savings by way of volume pricing. 

    We also offer pre-packs for certain styles to help save on volume pricing. 

    Once your order is placed with us on-line, via email or by phone, we will follow up with a purchase order for your items and delivery will be quoted via the purchase order for any items we make to complete your order.
