It’s June! Seriously, it’s actually June. Can you believe it?! With Summer in full swing, the heat at a max and hemlines at an all time high, we wanted to focus on health, travel and you for this month.
We all made resolutions in January; where are you with them? Have you accomplished what you set out to do or are you struggling to get started with your health? Have you stopped and started, and stopped again? There’s not better time to start with your health goals than now. Summer is perfect because with the weather so hot, eating food that is lite is easy to do so you don’t feel so tired after eating rich meals. It’s also a great time to start a new workout regime because of all of the outdoor activities happening. Leet’s do this together!!! Traveling in the summer is one of the best things to do. You can even combine your travel with working out, perhaps you go on a hiking trip or a surfing trip. Wherever your summer takes you, put yourself first and if you can’t do that make time for yourself (without feeling guilty). After all, not much can continue without you gorgeous.
Focusing on and making time for you is the best way to start your healthy lifestyle journey.
