Eggie in the City : Spotlight on Eggie’s 2018 Holiday Collection

Eggie’s 2018 Holiday collection is fun and flirty and I can’t wait to wear these dresses to a million parties this season. While the designs are more suited for warm LA weather, we all know the cold does not bother New York City girls on the perfect night out. These particular dresses are giving me Sex and the City vibes; fun, classic, and sexy. Which one will you wear tonight?

  1. The Holly Dress

This dress is the “Naked Dress” reimagined for Millenials. The Millennial pink is perfect for today’s working women while the tiny frame reminds us of the sexy garments of the early 2000s. The belts around the torso add a splash of edginess to the look and they will look great with some strappy sandals. Play this look up with nudes or blush tones and you’ll be sure to turn more than a few heads.

2. The Countdown Dress

This is the perfect New Years Eve party dress. Jenn Im designed this dress as a nod to the 2005-2007 era of pretty pink tones and diamonds galore. Compliment the diamond straps with diamond and/or silver accessories to give the dress a little extra *pop* of shine. This perfect bubblegum pink screams fun and flirty, perfect for a night out with the girls. And darling? You look fabulous.

3. The Tinsel Dress

This is this season’s Little Black Dress. It is far from basic with its sequined base and lace trimming on the hem and the neckline. The black neutral color will allow you to dress it up or down, making it easy to pair with anything you already have in your closet. And while this ensemble is a bodycon dress, the fabric stretches. So grab another drink, or three, because you’ll have room to spare.

Bonus: A cover-up

4. The Binch

Ok, so, the cold may get to some of us. Here’s an option for women who refuse to give up their health for fashion. The Binch is a stunning lavender shade that was made to pop against neutrals. It also features silver no-show buttons to make the outfit sleek and stylish. I would pair with an all-black outfit or the Jingle Dress that she featured in her promotional youtube video.
